Vessel owners can apply online by filling out a short application with basic information, including vessel name, ownership, and IMO number.

The cost to each vessel covers an important part of the ProActive Vessel Register – monitoring for compliance. ISSF has contracted with an independent third party to audit the information submitted by vessels, with additional field audits beginning in 2013.
