ISSF Photo Usage Guidelines
ISSF photos may be used to further the aims and work of ISSF. They cannot be used for advertising, marketing or in ways that are inconsistent with the Foundation’s mission. ISSF photos cannot be altered, sold, redistributed or used to create derivative works.
ISSF photographs are the property of the ISSF, which holds all rights in connection with their usage.
Prior written permission is required to reproduce ISSF photos in print or electronic format, including CDs, DVDs, web sites, videos, exhibits, etc. Such permissions are granted on a one-time non-exclusive basis and may be renewed. Written permission is, however, not required for reproduction of photo material as allowed by Fair Use. (Fair Use applies solely to scholarly, academic, non-profit, or journalistic use of properly credited ISSF photos.)

All ISSF photos, whether used in print, electronic or online format, must retain the ISSF copyright mark and photographer credit or be credited in the corresponding photo caption and in credits section as follows: ISSF Photo by [name of photographer] (if available).
CHARGES AND FEES – DIGITAL IMAGES AND PHOTO PRINTS
ISSF digital images are downloadable from the web and are free of charge. ISSF does not offer print photos; photos published on the ISSF photo website are available for electronic download in high resolution.
